1.
Postage for orders less than € 50,00 net is € 5,90 within Germany resp. € 10,90 per parcel within Europe. Deliveries will be effected carriage paid for orders amounting to min. € 50,00 net.

Payment to be effected by bank transfer. All bank expenses need to be borne by the buyer. The delivered goods rest full property of DÜRASOL until all obligations of any open claims are fully covered.

3.
All items are available from the warehouse. Partial deliveries are possible. Material changes, especially for improvement reasons, are to be accepted. 

4.
Please check the delivery at receipt. Any claims need to be done within 8 days upon receipt.

5.
The DÜRASOL warranty covers all justified defaults which are due to material or manufacture mistakes within a 2 year period (purchase slip needs to be sent with the item). Concerned items will be replaced or repaired at no cost. There will be no warranty applicable to defaults deriving from misuse (for example mechanical, chemical, used-up). 

6.
Place of jurisdiction and payment is Ronnenberg (Germany).
